Hello, this is State O!
I have more than 10 years of music production and composition experience. Multi-instrumentalist. Field Recordist. Author of multiple books. Animal welfare activist. Am in constant pursuit of new systems to help artists overcome blocks and manifest artistic visions with no impedance.
Born in Egypt into a world of sports and dancing at an earliest age, I developed a deep sense for rhythms. Break dancing, popping, and hip hop dancing were the first waves of response to music from radio and TV. At 12, I was introduced to House and Trance music, which turned an early interest in using computers. Two years later, moving to London, pulsed a deep sense for exploration of music culture and inevitably winded me with the intention of learning everything about music.

Over the coming years, I was to explore, learn and internalise many skills of the art. Finishing Bachelors in Music Production and Masters in Media lead to progress towards developing a cognition for system building to produce projects fast and efficiently. World building became a defining feature. Music art boards, creative writing and drawing - all became endearing parts to the process. Building art projects with sharp vision fast became my centric ideology.
I witnessed the ebb and flows of music culture over the years and made my priority clear: cultivating values, processes, and systems that can make me the best at what I do one day. I became serious about not getting ensnared by all the culture’s traps of ego, toxication, and inverted circadianism.
Besides offering production, composition and mentoring services, I run Unsafe Records label and Turtle Visions media company offering digital sound products and academic courses.
